By accessing and using Email A Millionaire, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. One Email = One Submission

Each purchase entitles you to submit one clearly defined question. If your question is vague, inappropriate, or lacks sufficient detail, it may be declined. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

2. Response Time

You will receive a personalized response within 48–72 hours from the time your question is submitted. If you purchase Priority Access, your answer will be delivered within 24 hours. These timeframes may be impacted by high volume, technical issues, or rare exceptions, in which case we will notify you promptly.

3. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our standards or violates the spirit of this platform. If rejected, you will receive a full refund, and your question will not be retained or answered.

4. Pricing

The base price of $1,000 CAD is our current introductory rate. Prices are subject to change based on demand, question complexity, and workload. You will always be informed of the current pricing before purchase. AMENDMENT: Mar 26, 2025 due to demand base price is $10,000.

5. Follow-Up Policy

One follow-up clarification is included per accepted submission, provided it is directly related to the original question. Additional follow-ups may be declined or offered at an additional cost.

6. No Refund After Delivery

Once a personalized response has been delivered, the transaction is considered final. We do not offer refunds unless your question is rejected prior to delivery.

7. User Conduct

Misuse of this service, including inappropriate content, abusive language, or unethical behavior, will result in termination of access without a refund and may result in a permanent ban from future use.

8.  Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada. By using this service, you waive your right to a class action suit or public trial.
